Prepare to be mesmerized as the trail steepens, guiding us along a picturesque Inca pathway that snakes through a vibrant cloud forest. Keep your eyes peeled for the dazzling dance of hummingbirds flitting amongst the lush foliage – a truly magical sight!

We’ll ascend to the breathtaking grassy expanse of Llulluchapampa (3,680 meters / 12,073 feet), our campsite for the night. A few more gentle undulations bring us to our breathtaking campsite for the night: Phuyupatamarca, the ‘place above the clouds’ (3,650m / 11,975ft). Settle in and marvel at the ethereal beauty of the Andean landscape from this incredible vantage point.
