Evolution Galápagos Cruise Summary

The Evolution Galápagos cruise sails as one of Quasar Expeditions’ signature vessels, standing out as the most charming mega yacht in the fleet. Fantastic ambiance meets refined luxury throughout the ship, striking a balance between spacious social areas and the intimate, personalized service travelers expect from a boutique operator. Every voyage is led by certified naturalist guides, at a 10-to-1 guest-to-guide ratio, who bring the archipelago’s wildlife and geology to life, from volcanic landscapes to the endemic species Darwin once studied here. What sets the Evolution apart from other luxury vessels is its playful edge: guests can explore the coastline aboard glass-bottom kayaks, adding a rare, up-close view of marine life beneath the surface to the classic Galápagos excursion lineup.

Spanning 58.5 meters and hosting just 32 guests across 16 staterooms and suites, the Evolution feels less like a ship and more like a floating boutique hotel. A crew of 21, a dedicated doctor, and a master chef ensure every detail is handled with care, from Ecuadorian coffee at sunrise to family-style dining after a day of excursions. The yacht welcomes wonder-seekers of every kind, from multigenerational families and soulful solo travelers to adventurous couples and private charter groups celebrating a reunion or destination wedding.
