Itinerary
DAY 1 SAN CRISTOBAL – FREE AFTERNOON
Your Galapagos Adventure starts today! First, you will arrive to the airport of San Cristobal where you will be picked up and transferred by private transport with an English speaking contact person to your hotel in the town Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. The rest of the afternoon is free to explore the town, or walk to the interpretation center, the beaches or Tijeretas.

DAY 2 KICKER ROCK
Today you will have a day tour to Kicker Rock, your first activity in the Galapagos Multisport adventure. Here you will be able to spot different shark species (sometimes even hammerheads!), turtles, rays, and more. In some seasons you might encounter jellyfish which can sting, however a wetsuit will be provided when this is the case. After snorkeling you will continue to Manglecito or a similar beach. This white coral beach offers the opportunity to walk around and relax and swim in shallow waters before returning to Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. You will have a box lunch on board.
*It is also possible to dive at Kicker Rock (two immersions) if you have your PADI certificate (+ $ 80) including equipment.
DAY 3 SAN CRISTOBAL PLAYA MANN – PM BOAT TO SANTA CRUZ
In the morning you will have a paddle boarding or kayak excursion around Playa Mann. Here you will sea lions and it is the perfect way of disconnecting. After this sporty activity, you have time to go to the Loberia or Tijeretas by yourself (small hikes of about 20 minutes). In the afternoon at 3:00 PM, you take the public speedboat to Puerto Ayora, where you will arrive around 5:30 PM.

DAY 4 SANTA FE or PINZON
If you choose Santa Fe, brace yourself for an encounter with the archipelago’s most endemic species. After a scenic 45-minute boat ride, you’ll arrive at Santa Fe’s pristine bay. Dive into the crystal-clear waters for a thrilling snorkeling adventure, where you might even catch a glimpse of shorebirds perched on the outer rocks. Following this, a wet landing awaits at Playa Escondida or Garrapatero on Santa Cruz Island, offering ample time to explore the mesmerizing beach.
Alternatively, the Pinzon option unveils a mesmerizing display of marine iguanas and playful dolphins. La Fe, with its picturesque beach cradled by mangroves and rocky terrain, showcases an array of captivating marine life, from sea turtles and sea lions to small sharks and colorful fish. Prepare to be captivated by the extraordinary beauty of these enchanting destinations.
*Wet landing means that the boat gets close to the beach, and from there you will disembark in the sea. It is recommended that you bring extra clothing, as you might get wet.
* Today you will have an activity called “Fishing – Pesca Vivencial” which means that you might be able to experience a fishing demonstration according to weather and park regulations.
DAY 5 SANTA CRUZ BIKING HIGHLANDS – PLAYA GARRAPATERO
Your Galapagos Adventure continues. Today you will have full mountain biking day with an English speaking guide. You start in Puerto Ayora and you will go the highlands of Santa Cruz to see the giant tortoises in their natural habitat. After a short visit to one of the ranches where you can come very close the giant tortoises you will bike to the Garrapatero beach. Here you can enjoy a refreshing dive into the sea. From here you will bike back to Puerto Ayora.

DAY 6 SNORKELING IN LOS TUNELES
Early in the morning (7:00 AM) you take the public speedboat to Isabela island. Upon arrival you have time to drop your luggage in the hotel and after that you’re off to the Los Tuneles excursion. About 45 minutes by boat from the dock you will find Los Tuneles. Together with your bilingual guide you will walk through this incredible landscape and you will have the opportunity to see blue footed boobies, sea lions, penguins and the landscapes. Then you will head to El Finado, just 10 minutes from Los Tuneles. El Finado is one of the most spectacular places for snorkeling in Isabela as the water is shallow, clear and calm, giving us chance to see sea horses, parrot fish, hog fish, wrasses, in their mysterious habitat. In the early afternoon you will return to Puerto Villamil.
DAY 7 KAYAK PUERTO VILLAMIL – BIKING WETLANDS SELF GUIDED
Today you have two activities; you go biking to the “Muro de las Lagrimas”/”Wall of Tears” by yourself and you go kayaking around Los Tintoreras and Puerto Villamil with a guide. The kayaking trip takes around 2-3 hours and in the afternoon you will have your bike to get to the “Muro de las Lagrimas”. This route is beautiful with beach view, chance to see Flamingo’s at the lagoons and of course the chance to see giant tortoises next to the dirt road that takes you to the Wall of Tears.

DAY 8 TRANSFER OUT
Your Galapagos Adventure comes to an end today. After breakfast, you will be provided a transfer out to the Baltra Airport with a Spanish speaking driver in accordance to your departing flight schedule.
Airport pickup at San Cristobal Airport and and drop off at Baltra Airport.

On your visit to Santa Fe Island, you will have an activity called ‘Pesca Vivencial’ which means that you might be able to experience a fishing demonstration according to weather and park regulations.
You will have different guides during the day tours of the program, there are no guides on the transportation between islands. There are coordinators on the different islands.
It is recommended to book flights with an early arrival time to the Galapagos Islands and a late departure time from the Galapagos Islands to make sure you can enjoy all of the activities of the tour. Late arrivals and/or early departures mean you might miss some activities.
Please try to bring small bags and luggage, The Galapagos public transportation is on average small and it takes more time and space when you bring large baggage.

Tap water on the Galapagos Islands might contain bacteria and should not be consumed, not even for brushing your teeth. Bottles or purified water is always recommended.
Inform yourself about food safety when traveling to tropical countries. Take the necessary precaution to avoid food poisoning (always wash your hands always before eating, don’t eat ‘street food’, only eat peeled fruit, etc.).
