BookingJoin the Quito Cooking Class for a half-day culinary adventure in the Historic Center of Quito. Start with a visit to the local food market, where the chef will introduce you to Ecuadorian endemic fruits and vegetables. Then, head to a cozy restaurant to prepare traditional Ecuadorian dishes like Locro Quiteño, Encocado, and Chocolate fondue. You’ll receive a chef’s hat, apron, and a mini recipe book with selected recipes. The class typically starts at 11:30 am, but the time is adjustable upon request. For a deluxe experience, consider cooking at the beautiful 17th-century Franciscan San Diego convent. This tour can be done privately or shared and can be combined with a Quito City Tour for a complete culinary experience. Please note that the market is open until 3:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, so evening classes won’t include a market visit.
