  • DAY 1 BALTRA AIRPORT (MONDAY)
    Rebecca Adventure Travel Baltra

    Guests fly to the Galapagos Islands from mainland Ecuador, arriving in the late morning. The dive guides will meet the guests at the airport and escort them to the Humboldt Explorer. Guests will board the vessel after 1:00 p.m., have lunch, organize the equipment, and listen to the safety briefings.

  • DAY 2 NORTH SEYMOUR (TUESDAY)
    Rebecca Adventure Travel Origin Theory & Evolve - North Seymour Island

    First, equipment check; then, 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. dives. Sightings include rays and schools of fish. Afternoon visit to North Seymour: walk the path to see the large colonies of blue-footed boobies and frigatebirds. Sightings of sea lions and marine iguanas are also common. Next, depart for the Northern Islands (16+ hour transit).

    Set dives today happen at 6:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Possible night dive. Sightings often include hammerhead, whale, Galapagos, and silky sharks; along with eagle rays, and sea lions. Night anchor at Wolf Island.

    We’ll do two dives on Wolf Island at 6:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. before moving on to Darwin Island for two more dives, at 2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Sightings often include hammerheads, Galapagos, and silky sharks; as well as red-lipped batfish, eagle rays, sea lions.

  • DAY 7 COUSIN'S ROCK - SANTA CRUZ HIGHLANDS (TUESDAY)
    Rebecca Adventure Travel Santa Cruz Highlands

    The number of dives today is dependent on travel time from Wolf Island. We will dive at 6:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. This is a great macro diving with an excellent chance of seeing sea horses, sea lions, and eagle rays. Lunch will be served en route to Santa Cruz (3 hours), where a bus ride to the highlands takes you to see Galapagos giant tortoises in their natural habitat. Visit the town of Puerto Ayora and the Darwin Centre on your own. Dinner on your own in Puerto Ayora. Return to the Humboldt Explorer at 8:30 p.m.
