Your naturalist guide will give you important information while navigating upstream for 20 minutes to Itamandi EcoLodge. Once you arrive at the dock area of Itamandi, the lodge staff will welcome you. After a delicious lunch, you will prepare for the first activity in the Amazon jungle: a nice tubing session on the Arajuno river. You can also enjoy an optional night hike. A flashlight and camera are the most important tools in this nocturnal excursion, which will allow you to catch the nocturnal sounds of fishing bats, owls, some insects, tarantulas, toads, frogs and possibly snakes.
