6 DAY BUDGET ISLAND HOPPING GALAPAGOS – TRIPADVISOR REVIEW

In September 2018, Annie and her husband went on the 6-day budget island hopping tour and wrote a review about it on Tripadvisor. Below you can read their experiences of the tour!

“We visited the Galapagos in September and arranged a 6-day Budget tour. Since we were on a limited schedule and the typical price of visiting on a yacht is outrageous, we found Rebecca’s offerings to be well priced. You are met at the airport by a local guide. You are then taken each step of the way so that you really don’t have to do much thinking on your own. This was nice after a longer trip in South America.

Each day and activity the guides are different. This made it interesting and allowed us to meet many more locals along the way. We opted for the snorkeling tours as much as possible and those were certainly our favorites of the trip. It was nice to have the option in the afternoon or early evenings to explore on our own, or take our own dinner. It was also nice that we were not tied to other groups of travelers. We simply were added in to tours that went out.

We met lots of interesting people along the way. Ricardo on Isabela was amazing and we hope to one day make it back. The islands were so unique and fun to explore. The wildlife was unmatched by other places we have visited. Rebecca Adventure Travel did everything they could to ensure our tour went smoothly and we were taken care of. The hotels were fairly standard, but you can certainly pay to upgrade if you prefer, but you must request ahead of time. Go with the Rebecca team and you won’t be disappointed!”
