The Archipel I Catamaran is a Tourist Superior-class vessel that combines stability and comfort for an intimate Galápagos exploration. Measuring approximately 90 feet (27 m) in length, the Archipel I was designed specifically for small-group cruising, allowing a maximum of just 16 passengers. Its twin-hull catamaran design provides exceptionally smooth navigation between islands, while spacious outdoor decks and comfortable social areas create a relaxed onboard atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy onboard Wi-Fi, a shaded solarium, and al fresco dining.
All eight cabins are located above the waterline on the main deck and feature large sea-view windows, private en suite bathrooms with hot water, A/C, and ample storage space. Cabins can be configured with either twin beds or a double bed, making them suitable for couples, friends, or solo travelers sharing accommodations. The yacht also features a comfortable indoor lounge and dining area where guests can unwind between excursions or attend naturalist briefings about the islands, wildlife, and conservation.
The Archipel I is staffed by an experienced crew of nine, including a licensed bilingual naturalist guide certified by the Galápagos National Park. Guests can expect attentive service throughout the voyage, along with expertly prepared meals featuring fresh seafood, locally sourced produce, and a mix of Ecuadorian and international cuisine. (Guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies should notify the crew in advance.) Daily excursions typically include guided island hikes, snorkeling, Zodiac rides, and observing wildlife such as sea lions, marine iguanas, giant tortoises, blue-footed boobies, and much more.
