Payments
Rebecca Adventure Travel tries to make the payments as easy and safe as possible for our guests by offering the following methods for secure payments:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX)
- Paypal
- Bank transfers are available via local accounts in the Netherlands, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
If you would like to process the payment via credit card, call your bank that has issued the credit card and request the 3DS secure code; it’s an easy step process. Each code has a different name depending on your credit card:
- For Visa is “verified by Visa.”
- For MasterCard is “MasterCard SecureCode”
- For AMEX is “American Express SafeKey”
This code is now mandatory in Europe (our main office is in the Netherlands). Our guests in the US will need to request a 3DS code authorization from their bank to complete a secure online payment and prevent any potential fraud issues.
We offer flexible payment terms for your convenience:
- 10% down payment to secure your booking.
- 20% payment 365 days before departure.
- 70% final payment 60 days before departure.
Payment Options:
- Credit Card via WeTravel (Direct Booking) Via the “BOOK” button on the tour pages on the website, you arrive at the safe and secure credit-card payment page through WeTravel.
- Credit Card via Mollie (Payment Link) You can make your payment easily and securely through a Mollie payment link that your destination expert can send directly to you.
- PayPal: You can make your payment easily and securely through our PayPal account; these payments have a surcharge of 6%, which must be added to the amount before sending the payment. Payments via PayPal have to be sent in USD to: info@rebeccaadventuretravel.com.
- Bank Accounts. It is also possible to make a bank transfer to our bank accounts based in other regions/countries. The details are as follows: Please include the bank fees in the total amount. Usually, the payment fees are your own bank fees and intermediary bank fees. Depending on the country, fees may vary, but please check before making the payment.
Via the “BOOK” button on the trip pages on the website, you arrive at the safe and secure credit-card payment page, and you’ll be charged 100% of the tour amount.
